Energy healing involves focusing ones "energy" to heal the mind, body, and soul of an individual or group. It is tapping into your universal life-force energy and asking it to go to work for you. It can help to clear physical, emotional, mental or spiritual issues.

Energy is also known as Chi(Qi), Ki, Prana, or Universal Life Force. There are many different modalities of energy healing. Some well known examples of energy healing are Reiki, Healing Touch, Qi-Gong, Pranic-Healing, Angel Healing, and many more. The energy balances and centers your chakras, removes blockages from your meridians and assists in opening up to faith and healing.
