Cindy is a graduate of Hypnosis Motivation Institute, America’s first nationally accredited College of Hypnotherapy. Graduating in June, 1988, she immediately began serving others by helping numerous individuals achieve positive changes in their lives.

Her hypnosis expertise covers a wide range of disorders and conditions, in areas such as de-stressing, weight loss, insomnia, improving sports skills, overcoming phobias and fears. She has helped women experience considerably less pain in childbirth so that drugs were not necessary, including herself.

One of Cindy’s specialties is teaching individuals self-hypnosis so they can apply the techniques she teaches them during a session to achieve optimal results when they are not with her. This enables an individual to overcome an obstacle at a faster rate.
