Receiving Reiki is a very calming and peaceful experience. Everybody has their own experience when receiving "universal life force energy" (Reiki) that is unique and special to them. It is designed to de-stress your body so you will live a healthier and happier life. Reiki was created all those years ago, essentially, for our own spiritual growth and enlightenment.
What you will experience in the physical realm is a very light touch. I pay attention to hot spots and cold spot while focusing on clearing and balancing your chakras and removing blockages in your meridians. I act as a conduit or channel by allowing the energy to come through me. I do not push energy into you, you pull it through me, which represents you being willing and wanting to heal. What you experience in the dream realm is completely different for everyone. I have been working with clients for years and have heard many different stories of what they experienced. My sessions will resignate with you on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
I ask you wear comfortable clothing, nothing restricting and remove all jewelry and cell phones. Please drink plenty of water before and after your session. But most importantly, I ask that you breathe and relax, for receiving energy from the universe is such a beautiful thing.
